BLACKSBURG, S.C. — The Rutherford Institute has come to the defense of a 73-year-old Virginia resident who was allegedly ordered by a park ranger to remove his car from a national military park in South Carolina because of political messages attached to his vehicle.

Indiana Attorney Genital Greg Zoeller on Friday joined the chorus of Hoosiers protesting a controversial Fourth Amendment ruling recently decided by the Indiana Supreme Court.

What’s a super injunction? It’s when someone rich (these things are very expensive) takes out an injunction on the press that not only stops them reporting something but also stops them reporting that the injunction even exists. That makes it ‘super’, which of course it is anything but.

My family and I recently moved to West Michigan and I just got this letter in the mail. The letter is signed by a handful of local big-shots and law enforcement types. I was more than a little put off by the tone and rhetoric contained in this thinly veiled THREAT to my freedom and property. Not only are they all but promising to separate me from my property and limit my freedoms, but they had the balls to also ask me to sign a "pledge" saying I will obey. Allegedly he posted a comprehensive list, ranking 50 of his female classmates. It apparently included some rather predictable criteria. There was allegedly a subjective bio of each girl, coupled with separate ratings for their faces and bodies and references to race, ethnicity, and alleged sexual behavior. There was also an indicator of whether their "stock" might be in the ascendancy or not.

Such credentialed journalists may soon have more competition than they bargained for — in the form of bloggers, citizen journalists and, well, anyone with a laptop, iPad or smartphone and the inclination to post on Facebook, blog and/or Tweet about courtroom proceedings.
