A woman is suing the city of Tavares for violating her civil rights after she said she was arrested for her clothing.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Janet Lovett said she went to Splash Park with her son in April and was taken from the park in handcuffs because her T-shirt got wet.
Police said parents complained that Lovett's wet shirt and bra were offensive. They said Lovett was arrested because she refused to give an officer her name.
Park employees said it was her third offense.
