So instead of calling in a dr they throw him in solitary confinement which is where he stayed for the next 22 months.

In Jordan, south of Minneapolis, officials looking at school security after the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut decided the police would set up satellite offices in public schools.
