And he used the same phone to help organize a short strike among inmates at several Georgia prisons last month.

The FBI arrested Antonio Martinez, a 21-year-old Muslim convert, Wednesday and charged him with plotting to blow up a military recruitment center. The first is that Martinez appears to have been radicalized in the U.S. The second is that he is Latino. Cicero (WSYR-TV) - The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Cicero Police sergeant and charged with attacking a child while off duty.

Sgt. John Baldini, 37, has been charged with misdemeanor assault and endangering the welfare of a child in relation to an incident Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputies say occurred at Commissio's Pizzeria in North Syracuse.
