Cicero (WSYR-TV) - The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Cicero Police sergeant and charged with attacking a child while off duty.
Sgt. John Baldini, 37, has been charged with misdemeanor assault and endangering the welfare of a child in relation to an incident Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputies say occurred at Commissio's Pizzeria in North Syracuse.
