Like the last case, this guy had a valid CCW (from Indiana), saw a sign and asked for help from a guard who called the police and had him arrested. He faces up to 15 years, and a minimum of two even with a peal deal.

Section 1022 requires that persons arrested and detained under the provisions of section 1021 are required to be held by the U.S. Armed forces. This may or may not include lawful resident aliens. Shame on you Obama. Shame on you U.S. Senate. Shame on you John McCain and Carl Levin. Welcome to the Police State.

A host of new laws—from making it a crime to sell a live animal on any street or in any parking lot, to honoring law enforcement officials killed in the line of duty with a special medal—become effective Jan. 1, 2012.
In 2011, all 50 states and territories met in regular session and enacted close to 40,000 new laws on issues across the board. Laws do not always become effective on Jan. 1, however. State constitutions or statutes usually establish when they go into effect, or sometimes, an effective date is written into the specific piece of legislation.

As part of a drug raid, the police broke into the wrong apartment. A single old man living in the apartment was immediately assaulted by 7 police officers as they proceeded to punch him, stomp his face then complain about his blood getting on their clothes.
They also felt a need to completely trash the apartment, then cover up the whole thing by denying ever going to the apartment.
