Man ticketed by Ballwin police for giving the finger to a motorist who blocked traffic.

On June 8th, 2011 I was the first caller on FTL and discussed an incident where I was threatened with a taser for not showing my ID. I never mentioned on the air that the police I dealt with that night were Ballwin PD, just to set the record straight.
