Oakland Police Department officer had tape placed over his name tag, was called out by a citizen, and a police lieutenant makes the smirking / embarrassed? officer remove the tape. I guess if I were in a stutation where I may get carried away and participate in unjustified violence, I would want to be anonymous as well.....
