The residents of Carmel, Indiana could be forced to no longer have their private refuse company remove their waste. And if history has a way of repeating itself, it will more than likely pass with the baffoons they have sitting at the helm. The 'illustrious' city council wants to impose an Ordinance that allows the City to select a trash removal company and tack on the fee on the sewer/water bill of the residents. Of course, the fee has yet to be determined. This is being heard at the June 6 and June 20 City Council meetings.

She was issued a summons for not having a certificate for electrical wiring. Toy soldiers were deemed an obstruction for being too close to the curb. One village official said they can't loosen up on what could pose a danger to the community. The electrical work for 30,000 lights needs to be approved by a licensed electrician. If it's not, Groth will have to take down the display.

The federal government is requiring communities around the USA to change signs from all capital letters to a combination of capital and lowercase letters. The government says that makes them easier to read. Signs that fail to meet minimum standards must be replaced.
