No charges for Woman that works for PD in accident that was her fault

A Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office civilian accident investigator driving a marked van won't be disciplined, even though traffic investigators ruled she failed to yield the right of way when she struck a woman on a motorized scooter last summer, according to the Sheriff's Office.
