New Indiana law gives citizens the right to defend themselves with reasonable force if they reasonably believe a public goon is acting unlawfully and aggressing against themselves, someone else, or their property. More states need to enact laws like this.
Read more »Attorney General Eric Holder recently gave a speech in which he said the U.S. military can execute American citizens without trial, because “’[d]ue process’ and ‘judicial process’ are not one and the same, particularly when it comes to national security.” Holder added, “[t]he Constitution guarantees due process, not judicial process.”
