SWAT team sent in to kidnap 13yr old girl from mother who refused to force child to take medication that had ill affects on her. In negotiations, state promises child will go to family member. State then kidnaps child and will not release her to family members.

The state of New Jersey has separated a healthy newborn baby (now aged 3) from her mother because the mother refused to pre-consent to a C-section that no doctor decided was necessary. Now, after three years of court battles, the state decided that the child's welfare was never in danger. Yet she and her husband are still separated from their daughter for "acting irrational, hostile, and yelling" in response to the hospital and the state stealing their baby.
