Evan Emory had been charged with “manufacturing child pornography,” a charge that comes with a potential 20-year prison sentence, over an edited YouTube video. Too bad there were no naked children in the video. Per usual, he took a plea deal for a reduced charge. People need to fight these ridiculous charges!
