Chicago decided that it would be a good idea to set up a temporary clinic at a garbage truck garage, but eventually closes it after too many complaints about the smell, the dirt, and the rat and insect infestation. (though while it was opened, many people still went through with getting their blood tested as part of a city requirement for it's workers to undergo "wellness screenings"
