A teenager is arrested for wanting to protect his family. A neglectful mother was reported for endangering her 2 year old. When police decided to remove this child, her son distracted the officers allowing the mother to escape. We're not given details of the 'distraction', but I guess it was only a plea to not loose his sibling. He is being held at $2500 and faced with allegations that could cost $10K & TEN years in prison!
