Represented by attorney Emily Sieber, Fierley changed his plea to guilty on Tuesday as part of a negotiated disposition with police prosecutors. In exchange for his plea, Fierley was fined $500 and sentenced to the county jail for 10 days, but the fine and the time were suspended providing he adheres to conditions.
