Pennsylvania Constables Hubie Coleman and Albert "Rocky" Younkin serve arrest warrants and take those individuals to district court but have an especially long stretch when it comes to the monthly night court. They noticed an issue with picking up the bad guys. They had a hard time getting them to open their doors so they can serve their warrants."One guy told us he wouldn't come outside because of our car," Coleman said of the constable car that resembles a police cruiser. "So Rocky and I were thinking to use a Steelers van."
