Federal Taxes add $64 to a $300 airline ticket, a tax of 21%. These taxes and fees include:the federal ticket tax, flight segment fees, airport passenger facility charges (PFCs) and a federal security surcharge. Internet sellers who don't report their sales will no longer be under the radar.
