I thought there was something in US law that said manga and animation were not considered child pornography. I know there was a story about someone's computer being confiscated and they found some stuff of that nature and it could not be used as evidence in charges of possessing child pornography.

Who is the "defendant's community"? Do they send out a poll to all his neighbors asking if they think that's obscene?
