Alex Jones is essentially a minarchist. He is one of those who would like to "restore the republic" or "return America to its constitutional roots". He has called himself a libertarian before and I believe has used the term "Ron Paul libertarian" on his radio show in the past. The only issue he really doesn't take the liberty side on is border security, as far as I can recall (this coming from someone who listens to The Alex Jones Show on most weekdays).
