Some contemporary and nineteen century political-philosophers would argue that it is possible to organize a society in such way that meets both the definition of Anarchy as well as the criteria for Central Planning (syndicalist, socialism). Therefore it is important to define the two economical flavors of anarchy, one for central planning and another for free-market and money-based. Folks reading this comment may think it's unconceivable to have a central planned Anarchical society, I can't answer this, but there are a lot of collectivist anarchists out there, that's why I believe it's important to distinguish these two flavors of anarchy.
