An artist and activist, Drew had spent years protesting a Chicago ordinance that puts tight restrictions on where and how people can sell their art on the street. The bottom line in a case is there ARE no facts. Facts are fictions upon which agreement must be made, for them to even exist. (BTW, I am absent agreement with any "policy," much less a "Mollom privacy policy.") :)
