Boston pays $170k to settle cell phone recording lawsuit

http://arstechnica.com

non violent remedy?

I know many people are against suing the cops, but we need to use what ever remedy we can to ensure that are servants do not deprive us of our rights.

I A public servant is in breech of his fiduciary obligation, and he dose not have to pay for that breech, then what will stop him from doing it again and again?

I feel it is one of the only non violent ways to discipline our public servants. If your child kidnap another child in the neighborhood, would you discipline him?

I wonder what a Boston Cop will do now with a camera in his face?

I hope and pray Pete and Ademo are able to be as successful as Simon Gilk. Maybe Simon will take on the suit for them.
