That law might be dead in Japan, but in the UK a law just like it was passed and is now in effect!

Basically the “Dangerous Cartoon” act, or the “Coroners and Justice Act 2009” will make anyone owning a picture, movie, video game, etc. that has a character that looks like a child and in a sexual situation, can face up to 3 years of prison time.
