California Department of Corrections, Torture and Murder

I sit here disturbed to the very core of my being as I just read the proposed revised procedures for the California Dept Corrections for implementing the death penalty. I must have made a public comment on the death penalty in my travels on the www as I found in my inbox, a pdf file, the actual revised procedures asking for public comment to CA Dept Corrections. I would like to forward the email and the actual State procedures to Ian. This is so disturbing to read how the State murders people word for word their own policies and procedures, you would think it was something from a Nazi extermination camp. send me private email so I can forward thedraftsman_mw@yahoo.com

One wouldn't think the State tortures people on death row, after reading this State protocol for implementing the death penalty I would use the word torture. Two weeks before the State murders the prisoner they send a psychologist in every 1/2 hour to check on him, so for the victims last two weeks alive they make him talk about how he will be killed every 1/2 hour. Sounds like torture to me. Additionally, the State brings in a psychiatrist to work on the executioner(s), he is called a desensitizer, his job is to remove any feelings of morality or empathy the executioner is experiencing. This is a disgusting and immoral practice done by the State and people need to be made aware of it.
