Clearwater FL town is making it harder to run a business.

Clearwater FL Instead of making money selling motorcycles, though, Bitman is paying money to sell motorcycles. He’s facing a $250-a-day fine levied by the city of Clearwater. The reason for the fine stems from a Clearwater city ordinance. According to that law, if a building stays vacant longer than six months, the new owner must get the building up to current building code, rather than just the code in place when the building was constructed.
