Cop blinds woman using JPX pepper spray gun

http://www.ktla.com

"She did nothing to warrant him putting a gun -- a pepper-spray Taser gun -- to her forehead and pulling the trigger, causing her right eye to explode and causing severe nerve damage in her left eye to the extent that she's not been declared totally blind," Grimes said. Clark allegedly fired the spray from 12 inches away using a JPX device, which shoots spray at speeds of 400 miles per hour and is supposed to be used at a minimum distance of five feet. Clark's attorney Kasey Castillo released a statement to KTLA saying her client quote: "is remorseful but innocent."

I love how people feel pepper

I love how people feel pepper spray, rubber bullets, ballistic gas canisters and electrocution is preferable or non-lethal.

Sure, it's non-lethal when compared to a .45 in the noggin'. But people have been knocked off using all these alternatives. They're probably more prone to abuse since the blue light gang feels they're "non-lethal." I'd be interested to see a comparative study of those cops willingness to use a .45 vs. electrocution and how many victims lost their lives to each.

To lose the sense of sight is devistating, how much is that worth in compinsation? I would say he himself should suffer the same loss, as well as a sweltering hot metal rod jammed up his ass, and his first born child. It's only fair right?
