As a dog lover myself, I realize this would be a horrifying and stressful situation. But a police officer should be able to deal with it a hell of a lot better than this.

Euthanizing Suffering Animals

I have had to use expedient methods to euthanize a few animals, and I have done it way more quickly and cleanly than this guy. I guess when your only tools are boots and a baton, every problem looks like... < protester | photographer | "Sovereign Citizen" | Freestater >. Sorry, that was a bit of a cheap shot, but I just couldn't resist. Good thing I don't have a badge... just imagine what other coarse things I could do and get away with it.
