This video isnt real.

The police officers were off duty and decided to "film" a prank for laughs. The swearing cop is supposedly Officer Nathan Boron and the supposed kid in the SUV is another cop.

I've done this. If you say "get a warrant" they say "ok" and make you sit there for 30-45 min until a drug dog comes. The drug dog alerts, of course. They search your car anyway because they have "probable cause" with the dog. No warrant necessary. Another time a long time ago in Arkansas, I had expired tags. They wanted to search the car. Because of the tags, they could do whatever they wanted. They impounded the car overnight, got a warrant, and "searched" it by ripping out the back dash and pulling up some of the carpet in the back. I don't know why this guy just didn't get his way the old fashioned way.

What likely really wold have happened...

I wold have expected that "subject" to get their ass kicked or get pepper sprayed, tazed, or the usual "well, I guess we'll just have to wait here for the dope dog", etc.

But storming off saying FU, FU.... and not even decide to give the ticket anyway...

I guess if it were truly a psycho cop, that would be all blocked out by a mind consumed with "FU." When a cop (power hungry, worship seeking authoritarian) gets in the "FU" mode, he usually goes violent, or at least gets very confrontational until his dominance is acknowledged. He would almost never just walk away swearing.
