Cops Fine Charity for Xmas Lights on Truck

Wichita Kansas man lit up his truck to help the homeless. His one act of Kindness resulted in a fine and tickets since his vehicle could be viewed as an emergency vehicle from others. Police didn't see it as holiday cheer.
