Cops wrongfully beat kid, get full pay and overtime on suspension

Cops continue collecting full pay and overtime pay while on suspension for wrongfully beating a 17 y/o because they saw him walking down the street with a Mountain Dew bottle, and "thought" it was a gun. Feds dragging the case out as long as they can to make it pass the statute of limitations so the kid can't collect.
