Imagine living next to a prison guard and his equally controlling ex military wife. Now imagine they hate you and know things like, who to complain to and how to; run your history; make the system work; get away with bad things and keep it legal. Like mowing, or reving up a motorbike each day on the property line, or letting your dogs bark a few feet from the property line for hours. I put a jobsite trailer in the backyard.
