Dallas County Government SHUT DOWN

http://www.dallasnews.com –

Dallas County government is offline – shut down for days because of a water-main break Monday night that flooded all the county's computer systems under 6 feet of water. The county has known since 2008 that it did not have a backup plan for its computer system in case of a disaster.
