DEA Bans 5 known substances used in the manfacture of Legal Highs.

http://www.justice.gov –

The United States Drug Enforcement Agency has issued an emegergency ban on 5 chemicals used in Marijuana substitutes.
(JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-200, CP-47,497, and cannabicyclohexanol)

The ban will take affect 30 days from 11-24-2010. The ban will last at minimum 1 year with a possible 6 month extension.

Bow NH thought K3 was Marijuana.

My friend was arrested in Bow NH back in October with a bag of K3 Incense. The charge reads suspected Marijuana. My friend also had a pipe used only for K3/K2 and other legal incense blends confiscated and charged with drug paraphernalia. When we got to the first court date. The state did not have any lab results. The prosecuter wanted my friend to cop a plea. The next court date is in feburary. In Maine They sell K2 K3 and other Incense at several gas station and convenience stores. Id imagine these incense would be immensely popular in the zero tolerance state of NH. I'm guessing the police have their own gas pumps to fill up the cruisers.
