New 10 Sacramento Ca just reported on a shooting that happened June 8, 2011. News 10 reported the knife was found in the bed of the vehicle. Around 7 Min and 30 sec into the video you clearly see the officer put a knife into the bed of the truck. The pig recieved the knife from a fellow pig and used it to cut off the victims shirt.
Not only did this cop murder someone, he did it with 11 bullets, a half-assed warning, and provided no first aid (as a first responder is obligated to do even if your the one that shot him.) This is outrageous and makes me sick. My heart stopped when I saw him put the knife in the truck....You decide

At around 7:30 the cop that was cutting the victims shirt off places the knife he borrowed from the heavyset officer on the bed of the truck. At around 10:50 in the video the heavyset officer picks it up and walks away with it. I honestly can't say I saw a knife in the victims hand, but I did see a man who was acting stupidly by exiting the truck, not putting his hands up, not looking at the officer or in any way acknowledging his presence... he was obviously up to something. He was either leaning into the vehicle after a weapon or perhaps he was caught in the seat-belt and trying to get loose so he could run. Not a very wise move, to say the least.
Duenez did have something in his hand.

I watched the video, and at first was convinced that the only knife in it was the one that the officer used to cut off Duenez's shirt.
However, at 00:42, there is clearly something in Duenez's left hand. His hand is on top of the truck, so if he dropped the knife, or whatever it was, at this point it would have landed in the bed of the truck.
I don't see how the knife justifies the murder, but I wanted to show anyone who might have missed it (as I did the first time I watched the video).
