Delaware DOT goes tyrannical on two neighborhood tearing out basketball hoops that have been there for decades. This video shows the pure force and violence of the state against an average citizen. Not only is the "public servant" using the same old tricks of "disorderly conduct" but also claims the house owners can't taunt the thieves and lies on camera about keeping the hoops. Terrible.....
