A drunken golf fan got the shock of his life Friday when cops Tasered him after he refused to stop heckling Tiger Woods on the 11th hole of The Players Championship. Travis Parmelee, 36, of Jacksonville, Fla., was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest, officials said.

That would be the case if there were security guards enforcing those rules, and if the course owners were liable for damages caused in the process. These were cops, public officials, acting on private property without any responsibility for their actions. This isn't a case of a proprietor kicking someone out; this is cop brutality.
