These days, the Force Monopoly can learn more about you from your actions online than a Boston-style SWAT raid and search of your abode. Think about it. And most companies will not even have the decency and loyalty to tell you when inquiries are being made about you, their "valued customer".

Certainly your electronic footprint should be considered under the Fourth Amendment as protected "...papers, and effects..."
