We know the cops are out of control, but this shows without doubt how there is a bias from judges on behalf of the cops. All the cop has to say is, "he appeared to be speeding", and the judge goes along with it to collect the fine.

Here's the problem. Today much of society is immoral. The pre-requisite to become an cop today is "childhood bully" or "was bullied". NOW, if they allow the cops to use this as a means to drag people down, and into courts and jails, I say the nightmare we thought we were having has intensified tenfold.
