Excessive force - 10 shots resulting in death of petty criminal

Cop shoots to death, via 10 nearly point blank shots, a petty criminal armed only with what looks like a pipe bending tool and whose actions don't indicate any significant chance of injury to the cops. Entire incident caught on citizens' camera.
