FAA Grants Nigeria Its Highest Air Safety Rating

Despite its lax security, and the fact that the 'underwear bomber' departed from Nigera, the Federal Aviation Administration has 'bestowed' its highest rating to Nigeria, allowing Nigerian airlines to make direct flights to the US.
