Several times when talking to people, and I mention Prop 215 in California, that made medical pot legal, they say they didn't know about it. Then I'll go on to mention that the Feds closed the dispensaries, arresting and prosecuting those who ran them. "How?" the surprised listener will ask, since it's perfectly legal? By prosecuting under FEDERAL laws rather than state. Tom Woods and Nullification could not come out at a better time. Great book, which needs to be implemented NOW.
