...may garner significant support from Democrats, in addition to support from more "free market" Republicans, giving it some hope to pass--especially while the likes of Ron Paul (that's AT LEAST two Republicans, so far) and Barney Frank (both outgoing, and supporters of individual choice in the use of cannabis) are still on the roll call.
If there was EVER a time writing your congress-critter helped, it's right now, and this will benefit every state that dares to take on cannabis prohibition, as a modest start to the end of the drug war.
