"How To Privatize A Public Park"
The reader will notice that this article is not entitled “Why Public Parks Should Be Privatized.” If one wants to learn the case for park privatization they would be served best by first understanding the tragedy of the commons and the moral case against theft, since all public parks are funded through coercion. Instead, this article is intended for the anarcho-capitalists who are ready to privatize but lack an efficacious strategy. Furthermore, the examples in this article concern small municipal parks but could be used on grander scales as well.
