Bob Morris refused to sign a resolution honoring the Girl Scouts of America on their 100th anniversary because, as he e-mailed fellow lawmakers, the Scouts harbor radical policies that promote abortion and homosexuality and have become “a tactical arm of Planned Parenthood.” Morris said a small amount of research on the internet led him to draw these conclusions, despite denials by both organizations that they work in cahoots to destroy young womanhood.
