Iran offers new proposals at nuke talks
ISTANBUL, Turkey, April 14 (UPI) -- Talks between Iran and six world powers on the country's nuclear ambitions opened Saturday with the Islamic Republic saying it would present new proposals.
Iran's top negotiator, Saeed Jalili, who said before the talks that he intended to bring "new initiatives" to the table, was meeting with delegates from the United States, France, Russia, China, Britain and Germany, CNN reported.
