Man may face up to 3 years for selling CD's and DVD's when another man only gets 4 years of probation for killing someone do you think this is fair? Yes it is against the law to sell CD's and DVD's without proper permission however, giving someone only 4 years of probation of killing someone is absolutely crazy. The man getting the 4 years probation is a older man probably in his 50's to mid 60's however that does not justify the fact of him killing someone. He killed the owner of the dog who was urinating on his lawn that was getting awards. To my understanding the dog urinated on his lawn more than one time but when is it okay to kill someone no matter what the age is?
