JetBlue captain's erratic behavior forces emergency landing, passengers say
AMARILLO, Texas – A JetBlue plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Amarillo, Texas, on Tuesday after the captain "exhibited erratic behavior," according to a TSA statement.
JetBlue Flight 191, which was headed from New York’s Kennedy Airport to Las Vegas, was forced to make the landing after the pilot reportedly ran up and down the aisles screaming “Say your prayers” after he was locked outside the cockpit, The New York Post reported, citing a passenger.

The most offensive part about this is that according to FBI rules this fella is facing a maximum sentence of 20 years in jail along with a quarter million dollar fine. Really? Everybody freaks out once or twice in their life, for a variety of different reasons. Maybe this guy has some serious anxiety issues he needs to deal with. So, send him to the hospital, cure him, and send him on his way. Maybe fine him $1000 and the cost of the flight or something. No one was injured during this incident. The federal maximum sentences for these things are always absurdly laughable -- but really not funny.
