Bad Law with Over-Hyped Opposition

Hey, this is a stupid law (most *are* stupid) but nobody is going to jail because they do not believe in "Almighty God" as the headline reads.
The law requires a plaque acknowledging the protection of "Almighty God" be displayed at some silly state office. There is no way any individual can violate this law even if it says violation of it is a class A misdemeanor.
In conclusion, the law is stupid but its opponents lose creditbility with the alarmist, misleading hype like this article.
