Police allege Vasquez broke a window in a Jerome police car, which had its keys in it, and took off. Almost two hours later, he was stopped and arrested in Carey, about 60 miles away.

What this article originally said was the car actually ran out of gas before he was caught. Guess the Kops didn't like that.
